1. Purpose

This tool ("the App") is a personal application operated by Max Koz for the sole purpose of publishing his own original videos to his own TikTok account. It is not a commercial service and is not made available to other users.

2. Use of TikTok

The App integrates with TikTok through TikTok's official APIs (Login Kit and the Content Posting API) and operates in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok's Community Guidelines. All content published through the App is Max Koz's own original content, and Max Koz is responsible for it.

3. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It may be modified or discontinued at any time.
