1. The service

Beyond10Million ("the App") is operated by Quest Advising and provided to its marketing clients. It lets a client connect their own TikTok account and send finished videos to that account's TikTok drafts.

2. Your account and your content

You connect your own TikTok account and may disconnect it at any time. You keep ownership of the videos and captions you upload, and you are responsible for holding the rights to them. The App only sends content to the account you connected.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the App to upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that breaches TikTok's Community Guidelines. We may suspend access that does.

4. Use of TikTok

The App integrates with TikTok through TikTok's official APIs (Login Kit and the Content Posting API) and operates in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. Your use of TikTok itself is governed by TikTok's own terms.

5. Availability and warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It may be modified or discontinued at any time, and we are not liable for content that fails to reach TikTok.
