Beyond10Million ("the App") is a short-form video publishing tool operated by Quest Advising for its marketing clients. This policy explains what the App collects from a client who connects their TikTok account, and what it does with it.
Information we access
When you connect your TikTok account, TikTok provides the App with:
- Your basic account information (open ID, display name, avatar) via the
user.info.basicscope, used to show you which account is connected. - Authorization tokens that let the App send videos to your account via the
video.uploadandvideo.publishscopes.
The App does not read your videos, followers, messages, comments, or analytics, and it cannot see any account you have not connected.
Information you give us
The video files and captions you upload, so they can be handed to TikTok. Videos are stored only until they have been transferred to your TikTok account.
How we use it
Solely to send the videos you upload to the TikTok account you connected, and to refresh the connection when an access token expires. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Storage and security
Tokens and uploads are held in an access-controlled database and object store. Tokens are never exposed to the browser and are readable only by the App's server.
Deleting your data
Select Disconnect on your dashboard. That revokes the App's access with TikTok and deletes the tokens and uploads we hold for you. You can also remove the App from TikTok Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions. To ask us to delete anything else, email max@questadvising.com.
